MD Custom Models

Early style round roof tank set on hand carved red sandstone foundations.  Roofs are individually laid wood shingles.  Tank is built up board by board as was the board & batten siding on the pump house. 

Custom designed to fit a client's site plan.  Pens were built up following  John Maxwell's excellent blueprints.  Pens are all board by board construction as were the gates which were detailed with Grant Line nbw castings.

Building features board by board consturction including individually applied batten strips.

Full interior framing along with walls sheathed in 1x12's. Weathered tarpaper roofing,  Interior includes scratchbuilt workbench and shelving unit.  Scale thickness door made up of individual 1x6's.  Interior is finished out with tools from Berkshire Valley and Grant Line.  Building was designed to lift off its floor for viewing.
