10 Coal mining company houses.  Houses were built to show additions added over time on the basic company floor plan.

Store was designed to fit into the clients existing scenery and to compliment Howard Zanes brick Slab Fork Coal Company office building which sits to its left. 

Building features hand carved plaster stonework on the basement.  Grant L:ne windows and store front. the rest of the doors were scratchbuilt.  Partial interior behind the storefront and thru the open freight door on the back dock.  Scratchbuilt derrick to allow heavy pieces to be lifted to the sales floor.  Entire structure was built with the store removable from the the basement to allow for a future full interior if needed.

Straight build on the kit with only the boardwalks and porch decking being changed out for individual boards. Very light weathering applied to the structure.
